Yiwu New Yatu Hotel

The first upon check in the staff gave us a small room. On complaint, they just told us tomorrow can change room. So we slept in a small room. Then next day, Changed room but room bathroom has very bad smell. We complaint twice and thrice but no body care. Don't book room no 707 for ever. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

My guest was not satisfied and ask him for more money

Terrible experience, avoid NEWATTLE Hotel at all costs. The room had unbearable mixed odors of cigarette smoke and toilet stench. All three of us could smell it, and one of my friends felt sick from the terrible air. The room only has a skylight which couldn’t be opened on rainy days to ventilate. The front desk staff came up to check the smell on check-in day, admitted the odor existed and promised a free room swap at noon the next day, without mentioning any time limit at all. When we returned late the next day after running errands, the staff broke his promise. He refused the free room change and demanded extra payment to upgrade to a more expensive room. When I pointed out he never told us about the time rule beforehand, he made endless excuses. Worst of all, he denied there was any odor at all and claimed I lied. He even discriminated against us, saying the bad smell was only because we booked an affordable room. He rolled his eyes and spoke to me in an extremely rude, disrespectful tone throughout the conversation. All guests deserve clean rooms and basic respect regardless of booking price. This hotel fails on hygiene, service and credibility. I have filed a formal complaint via Trip.com, requesting internal disciplinary action and a written apology from the rude front desk employee. Do not book this hotel.

房間味道很大

房間異味重，體驗差

酒店設備差。。壓金還要打電話才給退。。本來離店就會退

The entrance is under construction didn’t feel good at all but the room is excellent.

洗澡的那個噴頭口好臟黃黃的，一進房間一股濃重刺鼻的香水味，不知道是上個房客是外國人的原因還是本身就是這個味，薰的頭疼，酒店一樓在裝修，房間衞生細節不怎麼樣。

Unfortunately, the room has been sold.

房間外面風機聲有點大。
