Separate shower and toilet, a TV with screen mirroring. The front-desk staff (one guy and a couple of girls) were extremely kind and even helped carry our bags upstairs. The hotel is right across from Erhai Lake, and the view is stunning, QwQ.

The room is right next to Erhai Park, and the moment you open the curtains you see Erhai Lake. Pretty quiet, and the front-desk staff are very friendly. If you're coming to Dali, you could pick this hotel, it's very pretty!!

The view in the evening was beautiful. The two girls at reception were very sweet and patient. The only issue was the toilet wasn't very clean, the bowl was a bit dirty, maybe because the hotel isn't new. And the little balcony table in the room with a view was covered in dust. The water was very hot, but the mini-fridge didn't work. Otherwise everything was fine.

A room with a view, the sunset was incredibly beautiful. The amenities are good, Erhai Lake is right across the way, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The room wasn't as clean as expected: at check-in there was visible dust and an unpleasant smell. Staff seemed uninterested in solving problems and offered little help when issues were reported. The room was only ready at 3:30pm, even though check-in time was 2:00pm. The facilities looked poorly maintained, and some advertised amenities were either missing or not working properly. There was no elevator on the property. Given the price paid, the overall experience didn't meet even the most basic expectations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and would choose a different option next time.
