This is a fantastic hotel! It's genuinely a pleasure to stay here. Responsive, polite staff. We were checked in well ahead of time, for which we're very grateful! Breakfast was offered right away, so thoughtful! We got a free room upgrade. The ground floor smells wonderful and feels fresh. In this heat, that's something you really appreciate! The room itself is gorgeous, with really thoughtful design. There's a wardrobe with smart lighting and a mirror, and a smart toilet seat. Floor-to-ceiling windows — that's just beautiful, you could sit and look out for hours! The controls for curtains and lights are simple and clear. The curtains are blackout, of course. Fridge, tea set, unlimited water, wow! Great breakfast, a laundry room, a gym. You could stay here a long time and never get tired of it! Huge thanks to the whole hotel team for the warm welcome, cleanliness, courtesy and attention! It really means a lot.

Great location, near Red Brick Street, the morning market and Central Avenue. The room is very clean, especially the shower — great water pressure. The receptionist was very courteous, and even gave us a small gift at checkout.

We're an older couple, and we were very happy with this hotel. Definitely giving it top marks, with breakfast photos to back it up. Breakfast is generous, the food is healthy, with little oil and lots of protein. There's robot food delivery, afternoon tea and late-night snacks. Highly recommend! The location is very close to Central Street, and there are also Russian restaurants, dumpling shops and local eateries nearby. It's just 10 minutes to the Songhua River for a walk or a bike ride.
