Everything else is fine, but the unauthorized upgrade of the room type has caused other unnecessary trouble! Not all "good intentions" are well-intentioned!

Upon check-in, we were given a downgraded room. They refused to upgrade. We tried to reschedule it for the next day twice. It was all to no avail. The room wasn't cleaned, and the towels weren't changed. The room was very small.

The hotel was incredibly noisy, and the staff acted like they owned the world :)))

The only reason this place is rated highly is because they literally ask to take your phone to write a good review themselves. Additionally you get a late check out if you give them 5 stars. Our hotel room was tiny and stank of cigarettes and the air conditioning was weak and placed away from the bed so you didn’t even feel the air. There was no closet to put our clothes away. We didn’t have a view from our window either.

Not good, but also not absolutely terrible. Basic room with few amenities. The room we were given was moist and dirty. The laundry room was dirty and the washing machines and dryers not well maintained. We found a small bug in the room.

The location was convenient. The reason of a lower score was when the room I received and the confrontation with the front desk host. My room was in front of the public restroom on the first floor. I asked the host politely if I could change the room since it was quite disgusting having the room facing the public restroom (notes: the door of the public restroom is always open). She said no, saying that I booked the room. I told her, I did book the room but no where on the website said that the room that has 2 beds was in front of the public restroom. She just ignored my request, and she even made facial expression at me. I ended up endured staying my 5 nights with the room. The worst experience I encountered so far staying at a hotel.

Consider this hotel before booking. The location is fine. The bed itself is comfortable, but it's useless because the unbearable sewer smell coming from the pipes makes it impossible to sleep. We politely asked two girls at reception if they could change our room, and their direct answer, without even looking at anything, was no, that they were fully booked. We asked them to come up with us so they could hear the smell, and all they did was laugh at us, unaware that we knew what they were saying, and tell us no again. Then one of them, the younger one, started watching TikTok or whatever social media platform they use, as if the whole thing had nothing to do with her. In short, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL.

The floor was dirty when we arrived. There was a toothpick and hair. When we told the staff the receptionist wasn’t even apologetic about it but had someone come and sweep the floor. (The cleaning lady was nice though). The hairdryer would stop working every 5 seconds, the automatic flushing of the toilet stopped working and our room cards also stopped working. I had to go to the receptionist twice to fix them. Also there is no breakfast available. Totally not recommend.

Awful smell hotel 🤬🤬🤬. Guys !! Never book a room without a window. It's really terrible. The smell in a room without a window is really really bad 🤯🤯On top of that, the air conditioner was broken and didn't work; I reported it, but they didn't fix it. I couldn't sleep whole night. 😢😢😢😢
