This Policy describes how AsiaRoutes (the AsiaRoutes.ru website) processes users’ personal data. Version of July 4, 2026.
1. What data we process
- Registration data: name, e-mail, password (stored encrypted), avatar, profile description, donation links.
- Technical data: IP address and login attempt data (to protect against password guessing), cookies and localStorage data, browser information.
- Activity: view counters, ratings, favorites, content you created (routes, articles, photos).
- When signing in with Google — the name, e-mail and avatar from your Google account.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed for registration and the operation of the personal account, publication of your content, security, feedback and service improvement. The legal grounds are the data subject’s consent, performance of the agreement with the user and the operator’s legitimate interests (to the extent permitted by law, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).
3. Transfer to third parties
We do not sell your data. Some data may be processed by: the hosting provider; the Google service (when signing in with Google); when you follow affiliate links, you arrive at partner sites (Aviasales, Trip.com, Booking, Agoda and others) with their own policies. Cross-border transfer is possible when foreign services are used.
4. Retention periods
Data is stored while your account is active and for the periods established by law. You can delete your account by contacting us.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, and to withdraw your consent, by writing to admin@asiaroutes.ru
6. Cookies
The use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy. You can manage them in your browser settings.
7. Changes
We may update the Policy; the current version is always available on this page.
