The location is considered one of the best in the city — close to the metro, the lake, and countless snack spots.

The hotel is very close to the metro, service is excellent. Downstairs there's free popcorn and various drinks. Best of all, it's close to everything: step outside and you can walk around and eat right away. In the evening, after a walk around West Lake, you can walk back to the hotel. Downstairs there are tasty tofu baozi, and there's always a line at another spot nearby, haha, I'll try it next time. If you value convenience, I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for a day since we had a layover to Moscow. Very convenient location, friendly staff, popcorn and drinks all free, and they gave us a gift 🎁 at checkout

The hotel is very clean, and every little detail is thought through. There are disposable toilet seat covers, disposable towels, foot-bath buckets and supplies, a clothes dryer, plus free drinks and popcorn. Cotton swabs and a sleep mask were a nice bonus. A big screen for watching movies — that's great! The location is also excellent: close to the metro, West Lake, and shopping centers, with plenty of tasty snack spots around. Will definitely stay here again next time.
