Service at the hotel is good, but there are a few issues. We arrived by car, and the parking is very tight and low — I hit my head a few times. Also the elevator: since there's an Ibis on the lower floors, I'd suggest separating the elevators for the two hotels. Several times, going down below the 10th floor, the elevator stopped on every floor even though no one got on. Otherwise everything was great, overall I'm happy.

The staff were very friendly and polite. Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is located downtown, so it's convenient to reach all the sights. Breakfast is varied and filling. There's a self-service laundry, and they deliver your clothes right to the room. The price is moderate, highly recommend. At checkout we were even given a small gift — a little panda 🐼! Just lovely!

We were very happy with our room, and would highly recommend overall. Breakfast was delicious, and the general atmosphere, cleanliness, service and amenities were all excellent. The afternoon tea was also to our taste. We were greeted every day in the lobby, and the room was cleaned very thoroughly. The hotel is very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and there are plenty of 24-hour convenience stores across the street, which is very handy. Next time we're in Chengdu we'll definitely choose this hotel again. We're very happy and have already recommended it to friends. This hotel deserves 5 stars, highly recommend! Front-desk service was excellent.

After comparing several hotels, I ended up choosing this one, and I don't regret it for a second! The room was spacious, the lighting soft, and both AC and hot water were available around the clock — soundproofing was excellent too, you couldn't hear any noise from the corridor at all. Cleanliness was top-notch, the bedding and duvet covers were brand new, and the disposable amenities were good quality. Service was fast — any request was handled within minutes. The hotel also offers butler service, which was very convenient — you could reach them about anything. The price was great, overall very satisfied!

We were very happy with our stay, and I have to brag about it! The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable we slept like babies until morning. The front-desk staff were very polite, check-in took literally a couple of minutes. Hot water pressure in the room was excellent, and soundproofing was great too. It's easy to grab lunch or call a taxi nearby, and downstairs there's a 24-hour convenience store and snack shops. Hygiene was top-notch, towels and bathroom were clean with no odors. The price was also very reasonable, no hidden charges. Overall, excellent value for money, very convenient for getting around the city. We'll definitely book again next time.

My complaint comes down to two points: 1. These days most hotels and guesthouses add guests on WeChat, offer good service and respond quickly! This was the first time adding them on WeChat turned out to be pointless! 2. As I was about to check out, I found the sheets were filthy! It wasn't clear what the stains were, and they'd been hidden under the pillow the whole time! I'd slept on them for two nights... The hotel never offered any explanation!
