The room was perfectly laid out, everything thought through down to the smallest detail. Service was super attentive, and breakfast was very varied. We extended for an extra day, and we'll definitely be back next time!

A very new hotel, about 15 minutes' walk from Chunxi Road, so it's really convenient to walk back to the hotel after dinner! Front-desk staff were friendly, service was excellent, and the rooms were very clean. Next time I'm in Chengdu I'll definitely stay here again.

This was the worst value for money, and the least enjoyable hotel stay of my entire trip to Chengdu — everywhere else was great.

Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and the waitstaff was excellent, but the biggest problem was the fresh renovation smell in the room! It was awful. Our twin room had no window, and when we walked in we didn't notice a strong smell, but we woke up to a very strong odour and a sore throat! These rooms rely on guests acting as living air fresheners to filter out the formaldehyde. Where's the owners' conscience?

The room was very clean and tidy. Staff were polite and helpful, trying to assist with every request. The hotel has ground-level parking, which is very convenient. Overall, satisfied.
