We arrived at the hotel at around 10pm and were pleasantly surprised — they upgraded our room category for free and gave us a large room on the 6th floor. We really liked the staff: everyone was polite, friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, and the mattress and pillows turned out to be, quite possibly, the most comfortable we've ever slept on. For breakfast you can choose Chinese or European cuisine. In the afternoon there's a small snack for guests with tea, biscuits and plums. There's an electric scooter rental nearby, which is very handy.

We stayed with my husband for a few days — a lovely, quiet hotel, with shops, restaurants and scooter rentals within walking distance, and wonderful staff who are always ready to help, thank you so much for that ❤️ We liked the breakfasts, filling and tasty; the room is just like something out of a dream, everything straight out of Pinterest, and the views are mesmerising — highly recommend staying here!! 100000/10

A great view of the mountains from the room — we booked one on the 8th floor with floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is large and has everything you need. Nice guys on reception, they'll tell you and advise on anything. I'd recommend renting a scooter from the place opposite — you can reach every location on it, quick and convenient, with gorgeous views along the way!

An excellent hotel. The panoramic view is impressive, the staff are friendly and sort out any issue quickly. The room is spotlessly clean, cleaned daily, and its condition fully matches the advertised photos. We're very happy with our stay. I'd recommend it to anyone who values comfort and aesthetics.

Nearly a thousand rooms, but the bed is right up against the wall, so the curtains don't close, and it's bright from early morning, which is awful, and breakfast is meagre and impossibly bland. The setting: so-so.

This is a completely ordinary guesthouse. The locals are notorious for inflating prices for tourists in various ways. The hotel isn't worth the money. Hygiene is poor, and the positive reviews are probably fake. Breakfast is even more outrageous: it's not a buffet, just a bowl of rice and two steamed buns.

Mice and rats in the hotel, in the ceiling and the air conditioning units. The staff know about it and ask you not to write reviews about it. We were moved to another room where the temperature at check-in was +10°C at midnight. I'm pregnant, and breathing in rats from the air conditioner could be dangerous. Awful.
