First of all, I want to thank the whole staff! They are very friendly. At check-in they'll offer to add you on WeChat, so you can reach them with any questions. I asked them to book a restaurant table and got a reply right away. The location is great — there's a mall across the street with food, and a well-known restaurant street just across the road. The only downside is there's no shuttle, same as the Mercure, so bring an umbrella if it rains. Overall this is a good hotel and I recommend it for the quality of service.

The hotel we'd booked earlier somehow gave our child allergic rhinitis. We urgently switched to this one. The young man at the front desk patiently listened to our check-in concerns and confirmed an improved, allergy-friendly room setup. The women at reception also actively secured us a backup allergy-friendly room. Thankfully the child's condition improved quickly on its own, and the air quality and cleanliness in the room turned out to be spotless even for someone with heightened sensitivity. Meeting such a caring hotel owner on a trip and getting this level of attentive service — that's genuinely a stroke of luck!

Very convenient location, right in the middle of the pedestrian stretch of Beijing Road. The room amenities are simple, the layout is fairly spacious. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. We even got a room upgrade. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Guangzhou.

Great location, right on Beijing Road, quiet but convenient. Tianhe City is right across the street, with lots of restaurants. The rooms were very quiet, and housekeeping staff were very polite and always greeted guests. The front-desk staff were also very friendly and went out of their way to meet guests' needs. There are plenty of self-service laundromats upstairs, which is very convenient.

Great location! The Beijing Road pedestrian street is right downstairs, across from Tianhe City mall, and the metro is close too. Everything you need for food, drinks, entertainment and shopping is right here. Overall everything was good, except the so-called "smart" toilet... well, it was so-so.
