Friendly staff, always ready to help. At checkout they give fun little gifts — keychains, toys, and raincoats. Breakfast is tasty, good for Europeans.

We stayed in a "suite" with a big bed. The room was genuinely spacious, exactly like in the photos, no false advertising! The bed was wide enough, very comfortable to lie on. Cleaning was good, everything was tidy, and the amenities were fairly new. Front-desk staff were very welcoming, checked us in quickly, and eagerly told us about nearby good food spots and sights. Overall, really enjoyed the stay, will choose this hotel again next time in Guangzhou.

This is a hotel I come back to often. This time I stayed in a Deluxe King room with a loft layout, and it had plenty of space across two levels, very comfortable. The bathroom is nicely split into dry and wet zones, so water doesn't splash everywhere during a shower. The coolest part is the big projector in the room — I could watch the World Cup right from bed, much nicer than watching on a TV. The hotel is clean, and I already know the front-desk staff, we always exchange a few words when we meet. Will definitely come back!

Our stay in the Leadway Residence Deluxe double room was excellent! Minimalist, upscale design, the whole room was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, cozy lighting. TV with screen mirroring, bathroom clean, no odd smells. Staff polite and welcoming. Walking distance to Canton Tower. Definitely worth coming back.

Service was simply terrible! The room was fairly large, but the shower was so small it was cramped and uncomfortable, constantly bumping into the walls while showering. Amenities were awful!
