This is the first Hilton where, when I asked to be shown to my room at check-in, they just pointed toward the lift and told me to drag my suitcases there myself. No service at all. Awful.

Great location, easy to reach by taxi. Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, top-level service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, excellent value for money. I'd personally recommend it highly!

Booked a room for my family and they were very happy with their stay. A manager reached out beforehand to tell them about the hotel. On arrival they were given a detailed rundown of sightseeing routes and important tips. Service really was excellent 👍🏻, the room was comfortable. My family felt relaxed and comfortable the whole stay, great value for money, they're very pleased! If my friends or family go to Zhangjiajie, I'll strongly recommend the Hilton Garden!!

Honestly, this was the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The finish, the service, the overall feel — none of it matches five stars. I don't understand how it got that rating. At a proper five-star hotel you're always greeted and offered help with your bags, but not here. The décor feels more like a roadside chain hotel, and the entrance is messy. Stepping out of the lift, it feels like you've wandered into the wrong building. The rooms are very small, and for what you're paying they're worth maybe 300-something yuan at most. Nowhere near five-star status.
