Overall everything's fine, but it's inconvenient to grab shower toiletries, and there's nowhere to put a change of clothes if you want to change in the bathroom.

A good, clean, budget hotel near the park gate (10 minutes on foot). Staff are cheerful, kind, always ready to help and give advice. The girls at reception are just wonderful 🫶 The pool is bad, don't count on it. Not set up for swimming, no loungers, and it's only half full of water. Breakfast isn't very varied but is decent enough. Russians will find enough to fill up on without burning from the spice

Service at this hotel was simply wonderful. Front-desk staff patiently helped resolve various issues every day. They didn't just help with everyday needs, they also gave a lot of professional travel advice, just like caring guides. The hotel is very close to the east entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, only 8 minutes on foot, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The surroundings are quiet and cozy, the atmosphere is lovely, perfect for a family holiday to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant trip.

The hotel is very close to the scenic spots, just a few minutes' walk away. The Shusinghe River runs in front of the hotel, and in the evening you can enjoy beautiful views. The kids loved the playgrounds on the other side of the river. The room is clean and tidy, with all amenities. Front-desk staff are very friendly. Large parking lot, very convenient to park. Breakfast is generous.

Poor condition of the hotel, very poor hygiene, especially the chopsticks at breakfast — they're all greasy when you pick them up. Little choice at breakfast. Equipment in the room is very old. I don't understand where the good reviews come from??? Overall, not worth it. At reception they said it's a 4-star hotel, but I don't understand how it got 4 stars when there's not even a fridge in the room.
