The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern fittings and a smart voice control system. Breakfast is varied and includes a cooling mung bean soup and unlimited fresh fruit. There is a coffee machine (guests admit to using it throughout the day), a small swimming pool for recovering after walking around the park, and a spa area with a foot bath.

Who it suits: travellers who want to stay right by the eastern gate of the reserve with slightly above-average facilities — a pool, a foot spa and good coffee — for a short stay of one or two nights.

Reviews for this hotel vary widely: alongside enthusiastic ratings there are very harsh complaints about dirt in the room, a broken air conditioning unit and plumbing that did not work. According to some reviews the laundry and the gym leave a lot to be desired — your things may be taken out of the dryer before the cycle has finished. All in all a decent hotel with a very spacious room. Literally right by the eastern gate of the park. Plenty of cafés nearby. It is nice to relax in the pool after walking around the park. The hotel has a reasonable laundry, although someone took my things out still damp before the drying programme had finished and put them in a basket. The gym is terrible, do not count on it. For a couple of days it is perfectly fine.

The hotel is right by the entrance to the national park, which is very convenient. Polite staff and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are fresh and well fitted out.

Breakfast at the hotel is very varied — there is even a cooling mung bean soup and fruit. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly! There is a free washing machine and dryer. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to the forest park, so getting there is quick and easy. Breakfast is not especially varied but it is quite filling. Welcome fruit buffet: take as much as you like, just make sure there is enough for everyone! 👻 The room is big enough and the layout is good too. On the minus side, the entrance to the hotel is not obvious. And there is no smart toilet. Facilities: there are rather few amenities in the common areas.

Excellent hotel. Perfect strategic location. Clean, comfortable and cosy rooms. Friendly staff! We liked the breakfasts, there is plenty to choose from. The coffee machine is a huge plus. We used it more than once during the day as well :). Another plus for the pool — it is shallow, but a pleasant chance to relax and cool off in the heat. Recommended!

A terrible, dirty hotel. The sofas in the lobby, covered in awful stains, were an immediate warning. But the room exceeded our worst fears: dirt everywhere, filthy bathroom walls, the shower cubicle doors would not close so all the water ran out onto the floor of the room, the water would not drain from the basin, the room was very cold and the air conditioning unit did not work. A terrible smell. We arrived late at night after a long journey, spent one night and fled the place in shock. Not recommended.

There was nothing to eat at breakfast. After I said something the waiter gave me an egg. Very poor value for money. The room was dirty.
