Great value for a two-storey, two-bedroom suite. Ideal for a longer stay. The light switches aren't intuitive, and it'll probably take you a week to figure out how to use them.

Our room faced the street and was very noisy, which is somewhat understandable given the busy shopping district outside. It's convenient, but noisy until late at night. Our room was on the west side, very hot, and the air conditioning was loud and didn't cool well. The duplex layout is quite dangerous: the stairs are slippery, and there's a step up into the bathroom. Families with young children should be very careful choosing this room type!!! There was a strange smell from the bathroom, probably a plumbing issue. Service was very good, staff were friendly and helpful! Breakfast was decent too.

Amenities: excellent, didn't notice anything bad. Cleanliness: good, very clean. Location: plenty of places around, very convenient. Service: just superb, they helped us upgrade to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. A 90-yuan discount on the airport/station transfer: such a good deal, like getting a private car for free.

Great location, about 200 metres from the metro station. The room was spacious with a wide view, and the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was generous and tasty, overall a very good experience. Front-desk service was attentive and professional.

This is simply outrageous. I used to put up with the pool not being turned on and low water pressure in the room, but this time they did something truly unethical. At check-in they confiscated my ID. This has already happened to me in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Xishuangbanna, and each time I demanded serious action. This time there can be no leniency. I strongly advise everyone not to stay at this hotel!
