This old but gold five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation. Management is professional, the setting is beautiful, service is attentive, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Every request was handled promptly, so the overall stay was very pleasant. We also tried the buffet dinner at the hotel, and most of the dishes were excellent, with a very reasonable price. Relaxing on the private beach was a particular highlight — no need to leave the hotel to enjoy the sea, and poolside service was also excellent, with towels readily available. The lawn is another highlight, great for a stroll and for photos. We'll choose Sheraton again next time.

We spent three days here with the kids and were very happy! The front-desk staff were warm and professional, check-in was quick. The room was clean, the bedding very comfortable, only the shower water pressure was a bit weak. Breakfast was very varied. The hotel facilities are also excellent — different pools and lifeguards, everything thought through down to the details.

I spent a long time comparing hotels and ended up going with the Sheraton, and I don't regret it at all. The grounds are very green and beautiful. I love quiet, and compared to the neighboring hotel it was much calmer here. I was very happy with the stay, a perfect spot to relax. The weather cooperated too: light rain on the first day and, even though it was July, fairly cool, then bright sun and a blue sea on the second day.

The hotel is large, the lobby and garden are done in a Thai style, and there's a sea view from the lobby. The fittings are a bit dated. There are several pools of different depths — the shallow ones close at 7:30pm, while two deep ones stay open until 10pm? You can rent SUP boards and electric scooters, and there's entertainment for kids. Breakfast is varied and tasty. There's a locker for food deliveries. You can rent an e-scooter nearby. We had a small issue during our stay, which the duty manager resolved quickly — he was very courteous, and front-desk service was excellent too.

We came here from Haitang Bay. Yalong Bay is a must-visit. We spent a long time choosing a hotel, and I still think the Sheraton is the most beautiful. On the day we arrived the sea was especially gorgeous. It was so easy to swim and enjoy the view. Just stunning! When we got out of the car, someone took our luggage and delivered it straight to the room. Breakfast was also very tasty. You can take photos, swim, walk the beach and collect shells here. The pictures come out great! The hotel even called us back and extended our checkout time. Overall, very pleased.

I just finished using the bathroom. The room was very old; the sink drained slowly, which was unpleasant, and there was hardly any light — it felt like an old-fashioned guesthouse. The common areas were better, of course, but the public beach was crowded and the sea wasn't as nice as at Sanbei. Breakfast was filling but not very tasty.
